What happens to information you share through this platform
When you submit a quote request, sign a document, make a payment, or use the customer portal, you are interacting with a licensed moving company. That moving company is responsible for how your personal information is used in connection with your move.
The technology platform (scheduling, quoting, documents, payments, and tracking) is provided by a third-party software provider on behalf of the moving company.
Your information is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with service providers necessary to perform your move (payment processors, document storage, SMS/email delivery).
Electronic signatures collected through this platform are legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and applicable state laws. Your IP address, timestamp, and signature image are recorded as part of the audit trail.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact the moving company directly using the contact details on your quote or contract. They will coordinate with their software provider on your behalf for any platform-level data requests.
